Bridgend Sports RFC celebrate their 80th season starting in September and together with Kit Partner Raging Bull have designed a shirt that celebrates the tradition of “The Sports” with a modern twist and returns the club to a hooped design.
More importantly for the Club Raging Bull have delivered on supplying all sides and the shirt will be worn from the U7’s upwards to the senior 1st XV to truly give a “One Club” feel and look. Raging Bull also provide all Training kit and off field clothing to Bridgend Sports as part of their 2-year Partnership that started in May 2018.

The kit is outstanding and the I know that all sides from the Minis and Juniors to the 1st XV will be proud to wear the Blue and White of the Sports. I’m sure if he was around today our founder Victor Blick would be very proud to see all our sides returning to hoops for our anniversary. ”

The Kit will be worn for the first time by the Senior Squad at the Tondu RFC EVS 7’s on July 28th and the Minis and Juniors will start to wear the kits immediately in all rugby activity.

Bridgend Sports is a community based amateur Rugby Club running Squads from under 7’s to the 1st XV. Formed in 1938 the club is in its 80th Season and has produced many players for local, national and international rugby. The Club runs rugby for all (male and female) and has over 250 playing mini and Junior members as well as a 1st XV, 2nd XV and Youth Squad. The 1st XV play in the Welsh Rugby Union Divison 3 Central A League.

The Raging Bull story began back in 2003 when England rugby player and World Cup winner Phil Vickery came up with the idea of a clothing brand whilst sitting around his kitchen table with friends. With a celebrity following and a loyal customer base the brand has a real appeal which lies in the combination of characteristics of its founder Phil Vickery – British, pride, strength, rugged and quality. Raging Bull also has an increased focus on fashion with its in house design team cleverly developing the range season by season.
The collection has evolved to firmly established itself as a true lifestyle brand.
